Hawksdrift is a brand that is owned by Murray and Robyn Butt.  Murray grows Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the lower Wairau region of Marlborough.  David has made wine for Murray since 2010 and enjoys the commitment Murray has to making wines a little outside the square, such as the wild ferment, barrel aged Sauvignon Blanc.
